    We’re looking for passionate individuals with skills in automation, industrial electricity, mechanics, artificial intelligence, data analysis, and project management. A good level of English is also important for most of our roles. 

  • How long does the recruitment process take?

    We respect your time. Our recruitment process is designed to be efficient and transparent, typically taking no longer than four weeks from application to decision.

  • What are the stages in the recruitment process?

    The process typically begins with a first interview with the hiring manager and HR partner, which may be in person or virtual. A second interview is usually held onsite, where you'll meet the site manager and tour our facilities.

  • Can I send a speculative application?

    Absolutely! We welcome proactive candidates and carefully review all applications—even if there's no immediate vacancy.

  • Do you offer an onboarding programme?

    Yes. Your first two weeks are dedicated to settling in—meeting your team, discovering the site, and easing into your role. Ongoing support continues with regular check-ins from your manager. Plus, new employees are invited to a twice-yearly integration seminar that includes site visits and time with colleagues from across Ceva.
